Starting a Trash Company - MFM

I started a 6-figure trash company in the last 30 days.

To fund it, I pre-sold the service at $99 for 3 months.

• 350 people signed up
• 80 transactions captured
• $8,000+ in the bank
• $31,680 in annual recurring revenue before I formed the LLC

Yesterday I bought this Trash Truck for $40,000:

The truck is 100% financed and will cost $900 a month (zero dollars out of pocket).

The business will generate $2,640 a month to start or $1,740 after the truck payment.

I spent $3,500 on used trash bins to supply to new customers.

Bank balance after bin purchase = $4,500

Other expenses include dumping, insurance, driver, etc.

Once we get started, we will convert the 270 remaining signups into customers.

Projected Revenue Year 1:

• Bad Year = $138,600 (current sign ups)
• Good Year = $277,200
• Great Year = $396,000

Now, if you are reading this and think this is fake/insane/stupid/click-bait/etc… I agree with you! I am doing it and I can’t believe it!

I have never had a blue collar job. I have never operated a service biz. I don’t know anything about trash trucks or the biz.
