Today's Focus: What is the main goal or focus for today? Spent the day with dad and wife at coffee and lunch. Ran hard at the gym. Managed to get a small chat with khongpee during dinner.

Today's Reflection: Stop thinking it is a good to have for the job. Do it like your fkin life is on the line. Don’t underestimate it.
