Morning Reflection:

Training Check: Got it in this morning? Yes. Albeit later, 7.40am. Swimming i think 900m. usually swim 400m ok. 400m onwards not enjoyable.

Gym in afternoon. Crowded, non of the machine i want can use.

Today's Focus: What is the main goal or focus for today? Wanted to delve into crypto projects.

Evening Review:

Accomplishments: What did you achieve today? This includes progress in work, exercise, personal projects, etc. Watched alex becker video. half ass-ed code on python to scrape coin gecko. logged in and see balance on platforms. trying to find a formula for cost / reward ratio.

Challenges: What challenges did you face, and how did you handle them? failing non stop at controlling myself to get work done. youtube. lunch at 2pm, super duper hungry.

Lessons Learned: Any insights or lessons learned from the day’s experiences? david goggins - in hell week, theres 132 hours, 475,200 seconds. If you win every second but one, you lose.

Self-Assessment:

Adherence to Plan: How closely did you follow your planned schedule and goals? not good. There wasnt even a fkin plan bro.

Mind Set and "The Slide": Are you still locked in and focus? No regrets at the end of the year brother. Don't Slide. Been sliding on the waking up. Cant wake up in 1 second. Tend to go back to sleep, but still manages to wake up.

You cant take the easy path. You cannot do the easy small tasks. You cannot be distracted like a normal person. You cannot rest like a normal person. Stay FOCUS! How? by making the small plans.

You cant wait for things to happen. You cant wait for tomorrow, or next hour to start. You gotta do it NOW! NOW NOW NOW!!!

Stay Focus Turned On? DONT WAIT FOR LATER OR TOMORROW!

Tomorrow’s Preparation:

Next Day’s Focus: What are the main goals for tomorrow? 5.45 am - wake up 6am run.

8am - at Table. Write down deliverables of the speculation. Cost Reward Ratio Result. Formula for determining. Factors involved in determining. I want to have all variables defined by 10am. 10am. all variable defined. 12pm all methods for retreiving variables.

2pm - benchmarking 5pm - first test ready.

Plan Adjustment: Based on today's experiences, are there any changes you need to make to tomorrow’s plan? i need to have a full detailed plan with time. not just goal of the day and no problem if fail.

Be in bed by 8pm. Sleep at 9.30pm. See you at 5.30am brother.
