Training Check: Got it in this morning? no.

Today's Focus: What is the main goal or focus for today? wanted to finish linkedin today.

Evening Review:

Accomplishments: What did you achieve today? This includes progress in work, exercise, personal projects, etc. nothing. finished tony robbins podcast with mfm.

Challenges: What challenges did you face, and how did you handle them? my current resume and linkedin seem too complicated for myself to read and understand. im not super proud of the current state, but i also dont know what to read through and change as a whole. im constantly distracted by youtube and other scrolling things. i have not been exercising since a week ago.

Adherence to Plan: How closely did you follow your planned schedule and goals?

Mind Set and "The Slide": Are you still locked in and focus? No regrets at the end of the year brother. Don't Slide. Ive slide so badly brother. i will sleep now so i can wake up and try again tomorrow.

You cant take the easy path. You cannot do the easy small tasks. You cannot be distracted like a normal person. You cannot rest like a normal person. Stay FOCUS! i have to try again tomorrow.

You cant wait for things to happen. You cant wait for tomorrow, or next hour to start. You gotta do it NOW! NOW NOW NOW!!! ok, i will try to finish the linkedin as of today.
