Day 6/30.

Journal:

Yes, got in my morning exercise twice today. Did a spin class at R1OT followed by a nice breakfast and chat with friends. Went to view a condo, was surprised by the high price for the small size.

Met up with my wife after she bought flowers. We went home together instead of separately - made a conscious effort to not take our relationship for granted.

On the way home, had an idea for an AI assistant inside books, to help keep track of characters and ask for context. Like Cody or Copilot but for literature.

Had a nice chat with my wife when we got home. Did some admin tasks around the house.

Felt too tired to go out for dinner, but forced myself to go for an almost 5K run to rendevous at dinner location with family. Got in some good exercise.

Tomorrow: look into startup incubators and get my run in first thing.
