Day 5/30.

Provoking thought of the daycreated own web What if there was a way to live, or a way of life, where the majority of the population towards the end of life could not walk properly like David Goggins, because he pushed his body so hard with running, or Ronnie Coleman, who lifted weights excessively until his spine needed fusion surgery and he could no longer do heavy lifting? Why do we have the mindset to preserve our body so that our old age life would be less painful, less suffering, and miss out on seeing the beauty of our full potential? What if majority of the population in the society live to their fullest potential? what would the world be like?

Morning Reflection:

Training Check: Got it in this morning?

No. But finally got a 10km in this evening while listening to David Goggins and Huberman.

Today’s Focus: What is the main goal or focus for today? “1. Define the data we want to see on the page. 2. Code up the CSS 3. link it to typesense 4. add the searchbar. 5. List down business failures”

Midday Check-In:

Progress Report: What have you accomplished so far in your key focus areas?

Mainly CSS tweaks on the dashboard. Generating ideas on futuristic card for the dashboard.

Adjustments Needed: Are there any changes you need to make to your plan for the rest of the day?

Evening Review:

Accomplishments: What did you achieve today? This includes progress in work, exercise, personal projects, etc.

Gain new enlightenment during the 10km run while listening to David Goggins.

Everyone knows the answer to what they need to do in life. It lies in the hard stuff.

I have been doing things that were hard to me in the past, but not so hard anymore. The hardest thing i know i need to do but have put it off for years is to join an incubator startup. or to work for somebody bigger than me but i dont know who. perhaps i found my answer in Balaji. He is in Singapore. He has an new fund. He has sold businesses.

The Main focus of the year is to do the hard things that i dont want to do.

  1. Joining Start Up Incubator.
  2. Work for somebody bigger than me.

Challenges: What challenges did you face, and how did you handle them?

Still watched Youtube. During Lunch. and abit here and there. put my phone in the other room. Hard to come up with new design on the dashboard. - generating images after images is not going to work also. Keep it simple.

Lessons Learned: Any insights or lessons learned from the day’s experiences?

I am luck to know that the things i hate to do the most is clear to me.

  1. Waking up early and run.
  2. Start up incubator.

JUST DO IT!

Self-Assessment:

Adherence to Plan: How closely did you follow your planned schedule and goals?

Followed closely but its an area i dont particulary have good knowledge and feel in.

Mind Set and “The Slide”: Are you still locked in and focus? No regrets at the end of the year brother. Don’t Slide.

Gain a little BACK during my run!

You cant take the easy path. You cannot do the easy small tasks. You cannot be distracted like a normal person. You cannot rest like a normal person. Stay FOCUS!

Stay Focus Turned On?

Tomorrow’s Preparation:

Next Day’s Focus: What are the main goals for tomorrow?

Plan Adjustment: Based on today’s experiences, are there any changes you need to make to tomorrow’s plan?

Get your ass to bed by 8pm. See you at 5.30am brother.
