Morning Reflection:

Meditated last night before sleeping. Sleep is much much better! and could sleep within 20 mins.

Training Check: Got it in this morning? done gym 10km run. hm nowadays slow run. squeeze in a mid 12km/hr until 7km. cool down a little. last 2km try to figure out solitaire. still cannot solve it.

Today's Focus: What is the main goal or focus for today?

Evening Review:

Accomplishments: What did you achieve today? This includes progress in work, exercise, personal projects, etc. restart reddit commenting from scrach. build it up. now can process the data and classify. happy. its 12am now. took the whole day to get it done.

good thing - whole day not hungry. 2 cups of milk coffee only. then ran at 6.50pm.

Mind Set and "The Slide": Are you still locked in and focus? No regrets at the end of the year brother. Don't Slide.

You cant take the easy path. You cannot do the easy small tasks. You cannot be distracted like a normal person. You cannot rest like a normal person. Stay FOCUS!

You cant wait for things to happen. You cant wait for tomorrow, or next hour to start. You gotta do it NOW! NOW NOW NOW!!!

Tomorrow’s Preparation:

Next Day’s Focus: What are the main goals for tomorrow? tcm. should we try recommendation with haiku? make a web app to show the people’s classification? whats the end goal? just classify meh? then show meh? want match people or what? i want to create rivalry. actually no need big group of friends? just need that 1 more friend. also, i want to find friends similar to me. thats the end goal for now.
